Postage in the UK is £3.95 with Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Postage in Europe and the rest of the world £12.95 (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Please be aware that stock items will be dispatched within 3 to 7 working days, for available to order items or complex lenses it may take 3 to 14 working days from order date, but in most cases we aim to dispatch your glasses within a week.
All delivery times are subject to availability and payment authorisation verification. Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail UK delivery. A signature will be required on receipt for international postage, and if you are not around to take delivery of your parcel the postman should leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or how to arrange re-delivery.
In the extremely rare case when a parcel unfortunately does go missing we create a "Lost Parcel Claim" with Royal Mail. As parcels can be delivered by Royal Mail up to 10 working days after the original delivery date, we must wait 10 working days before a claim can be made. Once a claim has been made, it takes around 4-6 weeks to receive an outcome. Once an outcome has been reached, we proceed accordingly.
- All frames in green with the quantity shown are available for immediate dispatch (subject to delivery times and lens requirements).
- All frames marked "available to order" or "pre-order" are sourced directly with our suppliers and may take a little longer than our advertised delivery times,
- All frames marked "notify me when available" are out of stock, but we will email you with an update as soon as they are available again.

If you do not like your glasses you can return them to us within 30 days and we will either (a) credit your account for the total cost of the frames, (b) exchange them for other frames, or (c) we will refund in full the cost of the frames. (*We cannot refund the cost of lenses or any additional coatings that may have been added as this is a customised item). We do not reimburse postage when returning any items.
**Please note - All non prescription eyewear must be returned with the security tag in place, in the the original packaging with case and cloth, or no refund will be given.

Please include everything you received in the original order including case cloth and frame, as well as a cover note stating your name, your order number and how you would like to proceed with your order i.e., refund, exchange, lens upgrade or other.
If you wish to exchange your order, please clearly state what you would like to exchange your order to, if you wish to upgrade your order to add lens, please state what lenses you require, if you would like any coatings and any extras.
Once we receive your order back in store, we will action your request.
**Please note - Any refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to be refunded once the order is received in store.
