UK Delivery
Postage in the UK is £3.95 with Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
International Delivery
Postage in Europe and the rest of the world £12.95 (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
DELIVERY TIMES
Please be aware that stock items will be dispatched within 3 to 10 working days, for non-stock items or complex lenses it may take 7 to 14 days from order date, but in most cases we aim to dispatch your glasses within a week. All delivery times are subject to availability and payment authorisation verification. Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail UK delivery. A signature will be required on receipt for international postage, and if you are not around to take delivery of your parcel the postman should leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or how to arrange re-delivery.
RETURNS
We guarantee your satisfaction with a full 100% money back or exchange guarantee. If you do not like your glasses you can return them to us within 30 days and we will either (a) credit your account for the total cost of the frames, (b) exchange them for other frames, or (c) we will refund in full the cost of the frames. (We cannot refund the cost of lenses or any additional coatings that may have been added as this is a customised item). Note: We do not reimburse postage when returning any items.
